HHA and companion training. The locations where we provide service
include: Chapel Oaks: located at 1550 Portland Avenue in Rochester. This independent senior complex has 120 apartments in which Traditions in Caring staff provides intermittent aide service as requested. St. John’s Meadows: located at 1 Johnsarbor Drive West in Rochester. In addition to providing intermittent aide service on the Meadows campus for independent seniors Traditions in Caring staff provides shared aide service to residents of the Hawthorne, a 38-apartment section of the campus. The Summit of Brighton an independent housing campus for seniors is located at the same site as their related enriched living center, Wolk Manor. The complex on Summit Circle Drive in Rochester has 120 apartments. Traditions in Caring provides intermittent home care service in the independent apartments or in the enriched living center. River Edge Manor: located next to the Episcopal Church Home on Mount Hope Avenue. The complex has 49 apartments for independent seniors in which Traditions in Caring provides intermittent aide service. Linden Knoll: located at 81 Linden Avenue in Rochester. Traditions in Caring provides intermittent aide service to seniors within the 148 apartments located in this setting. Pinehurst Community: located at 1000 Pine Trail in Honeoye Falls. This country setting has 67 apartments for independent seniors. Traditions in Caring provides 24-hour intermittent shared aide services to residents on this campus. Forest Park: located at 99 Forest Park in Victor, New York. Within the 80 apartments for independent seniors, TIC provides intermittent aide service. |
