Employment opportunities at Traditions in Caring provide a variety of options and flexibility to meet your personal and professional needs. An overview of the agency positions include the following:

Traditions In Caring Employment

Home Health Aides (HHA): Our Home Health aides work in the community and at our senior living complexes. We offer full, part time, and per diem employment opportunities with competitive salaries.

Companions: This is an ideal position for persons who would like to provide support services to our clients while working a flexible schedule. Support services can include accompanying a client to an appointment, assist with letter writing, reading, or visiting with the client and a variety of other related activities.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA): Traditions in Caring will provide training that will allow a CNA to work as an HHA in the home care environment. We offer full, part time, and per diem employment.

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN): LPN's assist with the performance of administrative tasks ( i.e. aide supervision, medical administration, as well as other nursing tasks.

Registered Nurse (RN): Our RN's are Home Care Nurses who work from our office who provide case management to our clients and support the field staff through supervisory visits. Our nurses provide nursing case management for clients by completing assessments, developing care plans, monitoring progress, managing medication and interacting with the client, family and physician.

Training: Traditions in Caring provides training for Home Health Aides and companions. We also provide in-services for para-professionals and educational seminars for nursing staff. TIC is a full service equal opportunity employer and welcomes your inquiries and comments.
